Terms of Use
These terms set out the conditions for using this website (the “Site”) operated by DIRESPO Inc. (the “Company”). By using the Site you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. This English text is a reference translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
Article 1 (Application)
These terms apply to all relations between the Company and users concerning use of the Site. Any individual provisions separately set out by the Company on the Site form part of these terms.
Article 2 (Copyright)
Copyright and trademark rights in all text, images, video, logos, designs and other information published on the Site belong to the Company or to the rightful owners. Beyond the scope of private use, reproduction, reposting, modification, distribution, sale or other use without the Company’s prior written consent is prohibited.
Article 3 (Links)
Links to the Site are in principle permitted. However, we decline links from sites that are contrary to public order and morals, that defame the Company or third parties, or that the Company otherwise deems inappropriate. Depending on the content of the linking site, we may ask for the link to be removed.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
The Company endeavours to keep the information published on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or usefulness. The Company may change the content of the Site, or suspend or terminate its operation, without notice to users. The Company accepts no liability for any damage arising to users from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Article 5 (Third-party sites)
External sites linked from the Site (including Eveil FC, CILIFETY, Kinone Juku and Eveil Sports Club, a general incorporated association) are managed by their respective operators. The Company accepts no liability for the content of those sites or for any damage arising from their use.
Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)
When using the Site, users must not engage in any of the following.
- Conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals
- Conduct that infringes the copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights of the Company or third parties
- Conduct that places an excessive load on the servers or network of the Site
- Unauthorised access, or attempts at such access
- Conduct that obstructs the Company’s operations or damages its reputation
- Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of these terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute between the Company and a user concerning the Site, the Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
Article 8 (Changes to these terms)
The Company may change these terms without notice to users where it judges this necessary. The revised terms take effect when published on the Site.
